  • The Incheon Port Authority (www.icpa.or.kr, President Lee Kyung-Gyu) announced on the 2nd that it would temporarily support cargo shipping operations at the Yeonan Pier 2 berth in Incheon Port, which has been inactive since the suspension of the Incheon-Jeju passenger route earlier in January of this year. The temporary measure aims to facilitate the smooth transport of essential goods and other maritime cargo between Incheon and Jeju.

  • IPA plans to operate the Incheon Port Yeonan Pier 2 berth* for cargo shipping operations between Incheon and Jeju until the resumption of the Incheon-Jeju passenger route, or due to other significant circumstantial changes such as the reallocation of the coastal passenger ship berths.

    * Incheon Port Yeonan Pier 2 Berth: The berth was previously used by the "Beyond Trust" vessel, which operated on the Incheon-Jeju passenger route.

  • Shipping companies interested in using the Incheon Port Yeonan Pier 2 Berth can review the details on application requirements and conditions through the announcements posted on the IPA website (https://www.icpa.or.kr) under “Public Communication” > “Notice”>“Latest News.”

  • The application period runs until the 13th of this month. Shipping companies must submit a port facility usage application form and other required documents through official correspondence. In the event of multiple applicants, IPA reserves the right to coordinate the berth usage schedule.
